John has been a self-storage operator for over 35 years and a key leader in growing. He worked his way up from a site manager to the founder of his own management company. John has IncaAztec continue expanding and adding two new locations in the Cleveland, Ohio area in 2021.

With a BA in business management and years of hands-on experience, Dylan knows how to lead a team to success. Growing up in the storage industry, Dylan has an in-depth understanding of the industry which he leverages to lead his teams to success.

COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

With a BA in English and Communications, Lauren knows how to implement an effective marketing strategy that will be profitable for your facility. Lauren has managed multiple campaigns and has continually grown IncaAztec’s digital presence.
